The location of the site is at the Delta of the River Ravi. Chamba is the connecting point to Most tourist locations like Manali, Leh, Shimla etc., hence the location would serve as the perfect hub for eco-tourism development and information. 

The construction follows traditional regional methodologies which are inherently earthquake resistant. The materials used are local wood and slate stone available abundantly in the region.

The hub will also act as a source of employment for the locals.
