I received this offer post graduation from a previous Professor.  He knew my ability in rendering and asked if I would partake in a new project of his.  The client had difficulty envisioning his house in 2d and wanted to see what it would look like when finished.  Throughout the project there were conference calls with the client and Architect and multiple changes to the design. All of which were executed and further shown to the client. The build started in september and was said to be completed this summer.
