In Sanya China, we were given the task to Master Plan an mixed used community on a natural hillside terrain within a valley. The Master Plan will include a villa community, community clubhouses, 18-hole golf course, town home development, business school, commercial street, two high end hotels, one motel, high rise community and farmer relocation facilities.
