As part of a new development in Dubai, Arquitectonica was involved in the masterplanning of a new waterfront resort that included the positioning of a hotel and condominum towers, garden villas, outdoor pool, young adult center, and the reqired parking spaces that had to be alotted to each in the north, south, and underground parking areas.

Aside from the development of the master plan, Arqutectonica’s main problem focused on the desgn and coordination of the 40 story hotel and resdential towers that connected at the bottom public podum levels. Coordinaton wth various consultants was essental in the plannng of interors, mehanical, audio, visual, security, lighting, Dubai regulatons and codes and back of the house programs.
