Assist and support the Project Manager and Superintendent on assigned projects by managing
on-site engineering activities to ensure projects are completed according to project plans;
Routinely plan, coordinate, gather and distribute information.

 Review construction shop drawings and product information for completeness and
compliance with construction documents
 Review, submit, and track RFIs and submittals
 Attend and participate in Owner Architect meetings
 Coordinate and set up meetings
 Assist in the creation and management of punch lists
 Collect, organize, and manage warranties, operations and maintenance manuals, and
training documentation for project closeout
 Collect attic stock and coordinate drop off and storage

Worked at length in various departments within the company for preparation of the workflow
relative to my position (Project Engineer) including: preconstruction, accounting/controls,
marketing/business development, and environmental health and safety.

Preconstruction:
 Assisted with takeoff quantities
 Drafted and sent notifications and bid information
 Input contractors into the prequalification system
 Assisted in bid debriefing
 Reviewed, submitted, and tracked pre-bid RFIs.

Accounting/Controls:
 Assisted with initial setup of jobs for document control and budget
 Processed vender invoices
 Assisted in setup and tracking cost control measures

Marketing/Business Development:
 Aided in the preparation of proposals, resumes, and newsletters
 Prepared newsletters and proposals for shipping
 Assisted in layout and design of company documents
 Organized marketing files and data to be uploaded to the national database

Environmental Health and Safety:
 Conducted site safety inspections
 Assisted with internal safety and environmental audits
 Kept accurate records of trainings conducted
 Assisted and prepared monthly reports
 Up-to-date (or Abreast) with OSHA jobsite standards
