custom-built individually designed, themed guest cottages, a spa, boardroom, restaurant,
wedding/special events barn, maintenance facility as well as a restored house from 1776
• Met regularly with lawyers and town officials to successfully obtain all applicable construction
permits
• Acted as primary contact for fourteen architects
• Reviewed and approved plans for guest cottages
• Oversaw general contractors and thirty to forty person workforce
• Coordinated campus-wide systems with site engineer including: underground utilities (gas, electric,
water, septic, and fiber optic networking communications) as well as site development and road
construction
