Primarily preparing concept and schematic designs, design development, for a number
of substations throughout the south-east Queensland region. Drawings have been
furnished for development applications and/or design development and detailed
documentation, co-ordinating consultant architect documentation services. I have also
prepared cad models and photomontages to assist Corporate Community
Communications within Energex to successfully demonstrate appropriate design
resolution of visual conservation and aesthetic enhancement sub-stations can have
within urban and rural landscapes.
Currently researching and developing prefabricated and modular building suitability for
a range of specific plant and equipment within a variety of environments.
Completed the Green Council of Australia – Foundation course.

As a senior project manager and leading member within integrated project teams I
primarily collaborated, co-ordinated and facilitated in the design development and
management of significant projects;

in conjunction with quality assurance to interior and architectural documentation on a
number of autonomous projects within the team.
I have also furnished Development Applications for urban, industrial, marina
developments and high-rise mixed-use residential and commercial projects throughout
the local region. Procured concept designs for master-planning of varying theme park
typologies for projects within China

Interior design documentation for a number of resort and apartment developments
including Bluewater Point and Deepwater resorts at the inlet of Mooloolah River
Jessica Haven, Sea Resort & Spa Maroochydore, Waterline Apartments Broadbeach
and Sea Temple and Spa Palm Cove.
Assisted in the design and documentation of luxury homes, within Hedges Avenue and
Hope Island.

Engaged in the concept and schematic design stages, design development and
contract administration to completion of numerous projects within the Warner Bros
Theme parks and Village Roadshow film studios; Movie World, Sea World and Wet ‘n’
Wild. Project manager for small building works with anything from $10,000 to $4mil.
Second in charge to office manager, I was team coordinator for office documentation
and design for projects to $20mil. Supervisor and mentor to 6 draftsperson team.
Assisted in masterplanning Sea World Singapore and concept designs in part for
Halien Oceanarium Taiwan $1b+.
