Dear Sir/Madam:

I am a New Jersey Registered Architect, since 1981, with about 37 years experience in the field.  I also registered in New York in 1993.  I graduated from the University of Detroit with a Bachelors of Science in Architecture in 1973 and finished my Masters in Architecture in 1978; my thesis dealt with a new hi-density buildings in Atlantic City, NJ.
I also minored in art and sciences, and studied several computer languages.  Initially, I worked in small office environments prior to starting my own practice in 1984.  During those first years I gained experience working on many building types in drafting and design capacities; i.e., office, commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, and residential buildings.  This experience was of varied cost ranges.

In my own practice I designed primarily residential additions.  I also had an extensive background in residential construction, and in 1991 started Design/Build for residential projects of up to $100,000(1990 $s).  Later I worked temporary and long term contract consulting with other firms, as a Project Architect, where I have recently completed several multi-million dollar projects.
