Hey, I’m Kiodour Brown (you can call me Kio).

I started my career 10 years ago back home in Jamaica where I worked as an Architecture Technician and 3D artist. When there was the scarcity of work in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & construction) Industry, I helped small businesses brand their companies to increase their sales. But I’ve always wanted to leverage the use of BIM (Building Information Modeling), unfortunately, I was mostly working on residential dwellings that were 10k SF and under.

Fast forward to New York City… I work as BIM Project Coordinator for a General Contractor.

In AEC there’s no spoon feeding. You have to go out and get the job done by any means necessary. 

I rely on these 3 Core skill set to successfully complete any project: 

1. Being a quick learner.
2. Seeing things through.
3. Getting along with people. 

When I’m not making sure MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Trades can coexist in a given space, I help Construction Professionals build a brand they can be proud of.
