Associate/ Studio Head: Responsible for personnel management of 3 (currently) to 5 architects and interns.
Project Manager: Responsible for coordination of design team, coordination with AHJ, and for project scheduling and budgeting. Significant projects managed include new building for Baker Cadillac, renovations to Baker Jaquar/ Land Rover, White Oak Estates Wellness Center in Spartanburg SC, Addition and renovation of White Oak Estate Rock Hill (skilled nursing facility), and Charleston Southern University Christian Leadership Building (SD through DD), renovation and additions to private residence in historic district of Charleston.
