Currently working as an integral part of a design team that specializes in high end single and multi-family housing, and hospitality projects. Currently assigned to three 2500+ sqft apartment renovations, assisting in two ground up multi-family housing projects each with over 150 units, a restaurant in a luxury Miami hotel, and many other occasional projects. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
_Creating preliminary design presentations, DOB and Board submission packages and Landmark submission sets.
_Assisting in schematic design, concept development and all parts of the initial design phases, from site measuring to value engineering and client presentations.
_Creating CD sets for bid and construction, including anything from demolition, construction, and electrical plans to schedules and specification manuals.
_Project Administration: attending site meetings and taking minutes, coordinating meetings between all parties involved in the projects, and following up to assure the project goes on schedule and on budget.

_69 West 9th St. – was an integral part of design team which developed main concept of renovation. Personally developed multiple design schemes for bathroom and kitchen. Built physical models and presentations.
_Tribeca Combo – worked on CD’s for project, schedules, and D.O.B filing.
_Administrative – was in charge of office supplier communication, sample ordering and models.

_Storefront, Bryant Park – developed concept for the proposal, created all drawings and renderings for the project and was in direct contact with client.
_Oelsner House renovation – created drawings and presentation boards for new elevation and garden features.
_Chelsea residences – worked with the project team and aided in organizing drawings, correcting layouts and designing walk-in closets.
FinalARC, Tel Aviv, IL, Architecture Assistant
_Renovation of a sea front apartment in old city of Jaffa- translated drawings from paper to Cad files, drew all demolition, construction, electric and lighting plans, created concept renderings for apartment and was in charge of all supplier correspondence and client presentations.
_Proposal for a Jerusalem flat- assisted in design process, came up with conceptual diagrams and was in charge of client correspondence.
