Hello my name is Robert Moore, I graduated in 2014 student from Morgan State University receiving my masters degree in architecture. I am looking for any opportunities to expand my experience and knowledge. I am very flexible with a passion, determination, and always looking forward to learn and gain experience, hardworking, self motivated, responsible, a team player, punctual, and many other qualities I would bring to your company. Also I have excellent computer skills such as the Microsoft suites, adobe suites (Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator), CAD and Revit softwares. I am willing to relocate in order  to learn from individuals in your company and get a great exposure to the field.

Responsible for organizing and condensing drawings to PDF files. Scan Operation & Maintenance Manuals and Specifications, creating and updating campus AEC Database.

Conduct field surveys checking amenities to ensure campus plans are up to date, in compliance, meeting the requirements. Organize building surveys to check door frames and hardware that the American Disability Act requirements also complete a Space Inventory for update the logs in the CAD files.

Visit construction sites on a monthly basis to learn the process of how to manage and construct a building. Assist in an inspection, conducting pipe testing making sure the psi pressure increases or maintain the same psi over a four hour time period, as well as a HVAC inspection making sure the air vents has minimum air leakage.

Participate in wall inspections ensuring the building meets code, in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.

Attend progress meetings for numerous projects, getting an overall summary on progression of the construction, making sure we are on schedule, and discussing future plans on for the project.

Assist in the schematic phase in designing a new open floor office layout for the AEC Department. Calculating the overall square footage of the space, usable space, circulation space, shared common space, and non AEC space. As well design the new archive space for the AEC department.

Assist in the design for the exercise walking path for University of Maryland Baltimore Campus arranging from .75 miles to 1.5 miles. Design & placed location for maps, signs, and color coded tape for three walking paths. Design locations for Cooling Units for University of Maryland Baltimore Campus Computer Room in the Library.

Conduct office surveys and redesign spaces change to an open office concept suitable for more employees in the work area. Design a shelving unit for the 6th floor renovation in the School of Pharmacy at Pharmacy Hall.
