During the summer of 2013, I was an intern with Resort Development and Integration for the second summer in a row at Walt Disney World and was involved with the redesign of Downtown Disney, an area of restaurants, retail spaces, and entertainment. I collaborated very closely with the architects, civil engineers, and other subcontractors during the schematic design, as well as the legal team negotiating lease agreements with future tenants of these spaces. I was involved with a variety of different projects ranging from the master planning of the different sections of Downtown Disney to the design and site preparation of individual restaurants.

During the summer of 2012, I had an internship with the Resort Development and Integration department at Walt Disney World. I spent most of my time on site during the final stages of construction of a new resort hotel.
