I’m a Lebanese architect and urban planner/designer with 18 years’ experience in construction and planning.

I have been following up the interesting work you have been doing and thought it might be a great experience to be part of your team and be exposed to that large amount of challenging projects.

I have been working intensively for the past eight years on big scale project of mixed-use and housing, especially in the context of KSA.
I will be happy to put all my experience, capabilities and know-how at your disposal.
I would like to highlight some of the project we designed so far:

•  A new mixed use city around the highest tower in the world (One Kilometer) in North Obhor, Jeddah, KSA: 1,551,250 m2/ BUA=3,350,596 m2 in Phase One and 5,500,000 m2 / BUA=10,000,000 m2 in Phase Two.
• A new affordable city in KSA of 95M m2 in the periphery of Riyadh (more than 100,000 housing units) and half a million inhabitants.
   
• Other large scale projects in the region (Jeddah, Riyadh and Khobar).
• A new sustainable city in Ajman (UAE) of 12M m2, that slowed down a bit with the 2008 economic crisis.
   
• Other investigation projects in Erbil and Nigeria.

I have a Master in Architecture from ALBA (Lebanese academy of fine arts) and a Master in Urbanism from La Sapienza (Università di Roma).
