About

A designer by day, an artist by night and a lifetime of traveling. From the Middle East to across the Pacific in Australia and back to the United States, my cultural exposure has led me to a universal understanding of culture and societies and expanded my creativity and imagination beyond borders. I believe that like anything else, design and creativity need work to develop and expand, therefore, I always keep myself occupied with either design competitions, joining non-profit design organization in Detroit, or doing projects that are both design and art focused while attending meetings and conferences that keep me up to date with the design community.

I believe design to be a field that combines many others like art, psychology, science and research. Research based design had become my passion. It is necessary to understand the occupants, precedents, society, and other aspect to better cater your design to the functional needs and aesthetic wants of the occupants while maintaining the integrity of your design sense and innovation.
