• Independently design and manage projects that vary from single-family residential and small commercial to large scale multi-family residential and mixed-use historic adaptation.

• Engage in all facets of the design process from initial conception and client meetings through construction administration.

• Responsible for the creation and submission of zoning, planning, historic, and final building department drawings. Appear before local historic boards to present projects.

• Review shop drawings, attend site meetings, and monitor progress during construction.

• Personally coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and officials as the primary contact for each project.

Below are a few project types that I have worked on and managed:

- Commercial: Fit-out of a national chain restaurant on the first floor of a Manhattan hotel; A salon in a renovated historic Hoboken space; New construction of a Hoboken credit union’s headquarters

- Single-Family Residential: Apartment combination and complete redesign on Manhattan’s Upper West Side; Gut-renovation and addition to a Hoboken brownstone

- Small Multi-Family Residential: Several modern 25 ft. wide Hoboken residential buildings ranging from 2 to 4 units each; A new 20 ft. wide, 5-story stacked-duplex in Jersey City

- Medium Multi-Family Residential: New 22,500 sq. ft., 6 unit Hoboken condo building on corner lot; New 18,000 sq. ft., 6 unit Hoboken condo building seeking LEED certification

- Mixed-Use Adaptive Reuse: Conversion of a historic former telecom and police station building in Jersey City into 16 apartments with a restaurant, bar, and market at street level; Conversion of and addition to a 200,000 sq. ft. former bakery complex in Hoboken for residential and commercial use

• Researched site conditions and demographic changes through community engagement to create a new pedestrian plaza in Corona, Queens

• Worked directly under the organization's founder, an urban planner, within a few months of its creation at NYDesigns (http://nydesigns.org/). Collaboration with DSGN AGNC (http://dsgnagnc.com/).
