Daniel Raznick is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Design in Architecture and is currently in his final year of the Masters of Architecture program. In 2013 Daniel was a designer for Variable Projects, which won an AIA Minnesota Honor Award for the Centennial Chromagraph. He is also the recipient of multiple honors and awards including the Design Democracy fellowship in 2013 and the Bill and Elizabeth Pederson fellowship in 2012. Daniel has worked in various architecture and design settings specializing in digital design processes, workflows, and fabrication; and is fascinated by the interface between computation and physical making.

We are pleased to announce that Variable Projects has been awarded a 2013 Honor Award by the American Institute of Architects Minnesota, for our Centennial Chromagraph project. The awards jury was comprised of architects from nationally recognized firms—Ben Gilmartin from Diller Scofidio + Renfro, E.B. Min of Min | Day, and George Nikolajevich of Cannon Design—who selected nine projects from 66 submissions.
