• Coordinating with Hirco and its internal Design Team for collecting data like drawings, details and specifications for quantification
• Site visit to study the mockup flat/sample flat, site topography, existing construction if any
• Distribute the information to respective team like contracts and design team and clarify their queries regarding design requirements
• Get boq and dbr(Design Basis Report) done by Design team and evaluate the quantities and design as per client’s given data/design requirement, considering the cost effective measure
• Get boq done by outsourcing or internally and evaluate the quantities as per client’s given data/design, considering the cost effective measure
• Clarifying query related to boq after submitting for costing
• Meeting Client/Developer to submit Design and Build proposal aftermath clarifying their questionnaire.
