Has the following qualities:

• BS degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field from an Accredited University: YES: Registered Architect
• Code Compliance Report Writing Experience: Yes: 7 Years Experience as a Consultant Plan Examiner with the Township of North Hempstead (200,000 inhabitants).
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of AutoCAD a plus. Yes to both.
• Proficient understanding of New York City Building Codes, Plumbing Codes, Mechanical Codes, and Fire Codes: Yes, working knowledge.
