Major project for Galveston Artist Residency (www.galvestonartistresidency.org): a gut renovation/
rebuild of two industrial buildings in Galveston TX. Work includes overall design concept and space
planning, building envelope design, interior design of four artist’s studios, two galleries and office.
Provisional landscaping of two exterior courtyards. Design and fabrication of custom furniture/
cabinetry, custom ironwork and an elaborate steel & mahogany screen.
