 Assist in managing and obtaining the project approval of nationwide commercial projects through predevelopment
phases.
 Manage fundamental project budgeting, vendors, and scheduling.
 Conduct nationwide due diligence and site investigation reports to determine entitlement and permitting
requirements with local municipalities, state, and environmental agencies.
 Collaborate with architects, engineers, and real estate agents to create plans and submittal packages.
 Perform submittals for tenant improvements and new construction projects throughout Southern
California.
 Complete entitlement applications and recommendations for staff findings.
 Communicate clear directions to engineers, architects and additional vendors (via e-mail and telephone)
regarding permitting, design requirements, and plan check corrections.
 Negotiate and analyze City ordinances with municipalities for entitlement and building applications.
 In 2012, worked as part of a team of 4 to fully entitle and/or permit the permitting of 50 complex Clean Energy projects in 5 months to meet client’s tight deadlines.
