Have been Owner & Principal of my Company : Pacific Coast Designs for well over 30 years. Have provided excellent service in the High-End Custom Building Design field, specializing in Custom Estate Homes, small commercial, and all types of Residential construction. Also along the years of experience in business, I have diversified as a California Title 24 Energy Analyst, and head up a team of MEP consultants, upon request, both Residential and Commercial T24. Also additionally in the past 10 years, have been trained and perform 3D imaging, consisting of 3D Modeling, Photo realistic Rendering, and Animations, with the latest state of the art Autodesk Softwares. Recently in the past 5 years, have become and Autodesk AEC Instructor for a local Autodesk Dealer, as a Software trainer in Autodesk products, primarily AutoCad products, Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, Revit Structure, and 3D Studio MAX, all to current releases. Also over the years of being associated with and around systems, have developed a keen eye and training towards Networking Systems and IT operations.

-My position was a 3D Revit & Navisworks BIM (Building Information Modeling) Technology Manager / Specialist and coordinate with Corporate Architects & our Project Managers and Field superintendants, towards the Modeling of, the aggregation of & the presentation of, all types of Modeling either by Echo Pacific or our Corp. Architects & Engineers Models into Navisworks for the “virtual” combination of all Trades, to then run Clash Detection on all trades, and analyze collisions before they happen in the Field (ie: Pipes running into or through Steel…etc.). Models are continually met over on a weekly basis & Models update to resolve conflicts with all trades participating, in Meetings or GoToMeetings online. I also was the main goto guy that assisted in Photorealistic Rendering, and Animation work of same or similar Models or RFP Proposals. We had found great savings in coordination & construction costs, using this Technology.
-Personally have saved the company almost a Million dollars in unforeseen Clash Detections and sometimes Visual Clashes that are just to hard to see in traditional Plans, Section / Elevations. Also was soley Responsible for straightening out the BIM Program & getting Echo Pacific Construction on the Map to future BIM Projects
