"Design creates culture. Culture shapes values. Values determine the future." - one of my favorite quotes by designer Robert L. Peters. At its most basic, interior architecture is a response to fundamental needs of human being. At its most illustrious, on the other hand, interior architecture put emphasis on a way of life. I find limitless amusement in design motifs that reflect each culture in its own uniqueness. My goal is to synthesize these two perspectives, to create designs that perform as well as inspire, buildings that serve as well as reminisce. In my point of view, functional designs with evocative sense married to the modern aesthetic are what will determine the future.
