ACCOMPLISHMENTS
ADMINISTRATION - Lead facilitator for budget administration and reporting of activities on assigned construction projects. Provide updates of daily and weekly project status, and facilitation of bi-weekly project coordination meetings.
HISTORIC PRESERVATION - Designed major overhauls of administration buildings on college campuses. One building in particular was constructed in 1912 and all historical preservation requirements were addressed.
MANAGEMENT – Oversight for development of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties. Coordination of architects, engineers, funding sources, and general contractors. Verification of budget expenses, including, procurement and delivery of Fixtures, Furniture, and Equipment (FFE) for installation.
ORGANIZATION – Coordination of bi-weekly project meetings. Compilation of project submittals, Requests for Information (RFI), and change order requests. Responsible for creation of Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Request for Proposals (RFP), and Invitation for Bid (IFB) documents.
