Rita Pereira

Milan, IT

I am Rita, was born in Portugal in March 9, 1983, more properly in Caldas da Rainha. I made my entire school career in Portugal, between Caldas da Rainha and Lisbon, and then I came to Italy – Milan.

I am an architect who lives and works in Milan, that runs behind the future.

Ever since I’ve always been interested in architecture and  fashion, and everything related to beauty.

I have a passion for color, like the bright colors, ...., black not so much. In my day-to-day I need color, is through it that I get the energy. It is what gives me the energy I consume throughout the day.

Most of all i'm not afraid of new challenges.

Milan, 14 November 2013

This is to introduce Rita Saragoça who has been with our firm since Spring 2008.

Some the design projects she has been involved in: the requalification of a 300.000 sqm brownfield, in Alba in the Piedmont region, into a mixed-use project; the redesign of workplaces, Google, 1600 sqm + 700 sqm in Milan, Societe Generale, 4000 sqm in Milan, Pfizer, 7500 sqm in Rome, an Art Gallery, 200 sqm in Lugano (Switzerland); residential interior renovations, Massimiano, 90 sqm in Via Tadino, Milan, Colombara, 190 sqm in Viale Majno, Milan, to name a few.

She has shown a keen interest in sharing the firm's experience in all its various fields of operation and has readily adapted to the working philosophy and our operational methodology.

Ms. Saragoça enthusiastically walked over to designated tasks: she was communicative and creative. She is able to work independently or in a team, also international, due to her foreign languages excellent knowledge.

She has demonstrated fair theoretical knowledge and technological literacy, particularly in specialized graphic programs, such as: Microsoft Office™, Adobe PhotoShop™, Adobe InDesign™, Adobe Illustrator™, ArchiCad, Rhinoceros, Cinema 4D and Autocad 2D.

In general she has been willing to adapt to the greatly varying requirements of our work rhythm and necessities and demonstrated her ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Without reservations I can recommend Ms. Saragoça for both tasks that require patience, thoroughness and logical thinking, as well as for the challenges of design, which will be able to demonstrate her creativity and architectural skills.

We were indeed extremely pleased to have her part of our team.
