-Armed Forces Officers Club (Tripoli): We developed the Concept Masterplan (stage C)
-Al Aquayla Masterplan: 1200 villas and facilities. Up to stage D+

-VIP Villas and Spa: We developed the masterplan, and the concept design for 9 villas

Architects With no Borders, Project Manager

Designed and Managed the Basic Infrastructure Plan for the Integral Development of the Sandino Memorial Neighbourhood.

The job consisted of:

-Basic design and execution of a project to construct three public buildings viz. Technical School, Civic Centre, and Social Attention Centre
-Managing and supervising the building, in collaboration with the INATEC (National Institute of Technology). This also involves capacity building in the community, so that the people themselves (especially young people at risk from anti-social activities) learn the theory and practice of design and construction, and are enabled to execute the project themselves.
-Design of the Urban Planning Strategy of the neighbourhood, in collaboration with the Municipality of Managua.
-Representing, liasing and coordinating on behalf of the organisation (ASF-E) with the Local and Central Government
