Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, I attended Tulane School of Architecture where I received my Master of Architecture degree. Through five years of design studios I have acquired a wide range of design knowledge and experience including civic, education, and urban planning. Participation in design/bulid projects has also allowed development in the understanding of construction details, project management, and client interaction.
During my time at Tulane I was an active member of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity, and Alpha Rho Chi Fraternity. Leadership positions, including President, Vice-President and Treasurer, in both organizations have developed strong leadership skills, and public speaking abilities. While at Tulane I also devoted my time to engaging the New Orleans community through outreach and service projects. I volunteered as a reading buddy at Lusher Elementary School, and taught Sunday School at St. Georges Episcopal Church each week. Mission trips to Ciudad Victoria, Mexico and El Canton, Honduras have allowed me to also serve in foreign countries alongside my classmates.

As a Master of Architecture student at Tulane University, I focused my time and interest on sustainable design, design/build, and community engagement. Through design studios, I have acquired a wide range of design knowledge and experience including civic, education, and urban planning. I have also participated in multiple design/build projects which allowed me to develop my understanding of construction details, project management, and client interaction. As President of two fraternities, I developed public speaking and leadership skills, and devoted my time to developing philanthropy and community engagement programs for both organizations. Being a student leader, I also sat on the Students Affairs Committee with the Dean of Architecture with whom I worked to develop studio culture policies, and participated in schematic design workshops for our building renovation.
