Self-employed as an architect in Tirana, Albania. I designed and managed several projects which included a residential renovation as well as several small office renovations. In addition to preparing construction documents and construction details I personally designed and managed each project from start to finish, complying with local building codes and ordinances, and overseeing the construction process. I also created three-dimensional renderings and virtual animations to communicate more effectively with clients. This helped to showcase the finished space and also reduce owner changes.

Working with the lead architect, I worked on various residential projects ranging from multi-dwelling renovations to the design of a new building. I was responsible for researching building codes, zoning requirements, preparing detailed drawings and construction details, as well as creating specifications and exploring the use of different architectural finishes and products. In addition, I also performed field surveys to gather information via photographs, measurements, and notes.

Working with the lead architect, I designed various layouts for residential and commercial projects. I was responsible for preparing detailed drawings from rough or detailed sketches, researching building codes and zoning requirements and preparing filing documents. In addition, I also performed field surveys to gather information and document existing conditions through photographs, field measurements, and notes.

I was responsible for preparing detailed construction shop drawings for high-end residential kitchen cabinetry and closets as well as preparing detailed fabrication drawings which were used for manufacturing and assembly.

I prepared detailed shop drawings, elevations, sections, and plans for various residential interior renovations. I created architectural floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, power plans, and furniture plans for existing and new work. I also created project specific details for custom designed furniture and cabinetry.
