About

Hello-

I attended the Rhode Island School of Design as a student in the Furniture Design Department on a $10,000 merit scholarship.  Since then I have expanded my design and technical abilities in the fields of Architecture, Interior Design and Furniture Design.  I am passionate about great design and enjoy working with other people who share my passion.

Please note that if I am selected for a position with your firm that I would gladly and without hesitation relocate to your locale.

Education

Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), Providence, RI, US, Furniture Design

I entered Rhode Island School of Design on a $10,000 merit scholarship. I was able to explore numerous materials, styles and construction techniques while learning about the history and social significance of furniture in many different societies. I was especially impressed with the idea of using "found objects" for the raw materials in furniture, objects that formerly were destined for landfills and scrapyards. I learned a great deal about how elegant, practical and unique solutions to real world problems can make substantial impacts in any type of project.
