I can offer your design teams 2.5 years of experience producing complete sets of architectural construction document drawings for building and foundation permits for clients; excellent 3D modeling & drawings skills for Design Development Packages; a great sense for avant-garde design thinking which is influenced by star-architects Eric Owen Moss, Thom Mayne whom I studied under while obtaining Master of Architecture at Southern California Institute of Architecture. I have 2 years intern working experience as an architectural designer, urban designer & planner in China. I am skilled at 2D design tools, such as CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite Programs. As an architectural designer, I produce complete sets of Architectural Construction Document Drawings for building and foundation permits, develop 3D models & drawings for Design Development Packages, work with project architects and principals on schematic design & code restricts. I combine drawings and manage project documents from a 30 people team made by engineers( structural /civil /mechanical/electrical / plumbing ), designers( landscape/interior ), contractors, and other consultants communicate on building system changes with teams towards the final scheme, and present design updates to owners. As project management assistant, I work with contractors, project managers and manufacturers to select building materials and control construction budget, assist owners with permit submissions and efficient communications with Houston permit center on permit approvals, provide multi-schemes design to enlarge leasing space, work with leasing team to create leasing brochure and redesign plan layouts for better marketing profits.
