Established nationwide program management policies and procedures for branding of new retail facilities based upon established design guidelines and design criteria. Prepared Real Estate Assessment Analysis Reports for the procurement of new properties. • Managed 10 year, nationwide, $1B United States Postal Service Construction Management Program that included Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build new construction and modernization projects.

• $234M renovation, seismic improvements, hazardous materials abatement LEED Gold project on an existing 470,000sf, 14-story historic landmark (1928) building with a new 1,000 car parking garage.
• Responsible for the cost management and risk assessment on over 70 cost events ($36M) on a Design Build project.
• Responsible for the design and construction management of the County of Los Angeles Sheriff Dept and District Attorneys headquarters tenant improvements
• Responsible for the design and construction of the IT system for the Core and Shell and Tenant Improvement

Sr. Program Manager/Project Manager, Glendale School District Construction Bond Program

• Responsible for the design of ten oversized relief grant (ORG) projects including the management of three separate architectural teams on an accelerated design schedule in order to obtain $40M in OPSC state matching funds.
• Managed photovoltaic solar contract including conducting a cost reduction analysis that saved the District $270K.
