I'm an industrious, enthusiastic design scientist with a unique combination of analytical thinking and creative minded resourcefulness. I am entrepreneurial and came to architecture from an interest in industrial design and a career in lighting and photography. Now, my work is focused on supporting the development of energy efficient applications, materials, and methods for high performance building.

I am an architectural analyst and evidence-based designer. I specialize in building envelopes that optimize the relationship between the building's external environment and its effect on energy efficiency, occupant impact, and the design of building systems and controls. My contemporary education and research experience are centered on an integrated model of building performance. This provided me with a more holistic knowledge of building systems and broad set of tertiary skills in energy auditing, analysis, and verification.
