- Worked directly with the principal on apartment renovations, a basketball pavilion and home additions simultaneously.
- Responsibilities ranged from drawing set production & corrections to preparing renderings & schematic design iterations.

- Assisted in the completion of the Detroit Cultural Center Planning Initiative online platform (www.ccpi.online).
- Worked with principals and project managers to produce visualization materials for the online platform under tight deadlines.

- Translated 3D Rhino files to executable operation files via MasterCAM and Flow Path/Cut
- Handled all tooling and prep work for CNC router and water jet machines.

- Worked primarily on co-working spaces for The Wing in California and New York, along with a Bloomberg office renovation.
- Participated in all aspects of project development, from SD to CD, producing drawings, millwork details and renderings.
- Regularly coordinated project info with AOR and MEP collaborators for and with clients to assure seamless document integration.

- Completed construction document sets for 18,000 - 45,000 sq. ft. mixed-use, new construction projects throughout Brooklyn.
- Gained familiarity with the NYC Building Code and zoning regulations in addition to the filing/objection process with the DOB.
- Spent considerable time developing construction details with feedback from the project manager.
