Leading the in-house Design Studio of within a highly respected residential building contractor, the studio was grown under my management from an in house team of 3 Architects into an independent architectural practice with a team of 11 Architects and assistants specialising in turnkey residential solutions for discerning clients and developers:
• Direct responsibility for RED yearly strategy, monthly forecasting and profitability reports together with allocation of all Studio resources to achieve agreed goals

• Avenue Road, St Johns Wood – Extension and refurbishment of a 3500sqft 1970s townhouse in a private road off of this North London enclave into a contemporary family home. RIBA Work Stages A-L (£1.2m)
• Oakhill Avenue, Hampstead – Planning and Conservation Area consent for the extension and refurbishment of an existing 5000sqft house arranged over 3 floors with a new 2000sqft basement level with swimming pool and cinema. RIBA Work Stages A-E (£3.1m)
• Albert Court, Kensington – Planning and Listed building consent for the refurbishment of a modern 4000sqft lateral penthouse situated within a Grade II Listed mansion block directly behind the Royal Albert Hall. RIBA Work Stages A-L
• Addison Road, Holland Park – Planning and Listed Building consent for the extension and refurbishment of an existing 5000sqft house with a new 1500sqft basement level linking the main house and mews. RIBA Work Stages A-E
