Regularly lead delivery of complex projects overseeing renovation and rehabilitation projects for the Institute, including the tenant improvements of space for numerous administrative and higher education facilities, completing the projects when promised and under the prescribed budget.

Responsibilities included: Maintaining tactical focus on project objectives; Setting clear objectives and defined deliverables; Developing, maintaining and updating cost analysis and forecasts for project duration; Creation of project status reports and communicating to executive project team members; Communicate technical components of project to applicable parties; Manage project finances and budget constraints; Manage, review and negotiate contract change orders; Review project scope data and schedule requirements for procurement of services, equipment and long-lead items and creating action plans to resolve these issues for executive management to review.
