Responsible analysis matrix of building envelope thermal performance and mechanical system selection. Written and presented project narrative to TGI board. Coordination with TGI, LiRo (CM), Ownership and multi consultants, Structural, Facade, MEP, LEED and Code. Lead design team from schematic through 100% GMP, including permit and landmark submissions.

• Brooklyn Navy Yard, Building 127, Convert & Rehab 300K Sq. Ft. factory to shared work space for B Amsterdam. Responsible Structural and MEP coordination. Lead design team to complete 100%CD from design development phase. Pre-Con phase meeting and RFI responses.

•266 Room, 68K SF Pre-fab modular hotel, CB Developers/POD Hotel: Brooklyn, New York. Responsible for DoB filing documents - Envelope ComCheck, Zoning, Egress Path, Public Assembly filing for restaurant, roof bar, roof event space. Roof bar construction details and construction coordination.

Initiated and responsible for the entire RFP process, included assemble the bid team members, the developer, and the pre-fab C.M. Personally designed and completing the HPD RFP application.

•Korman Guest House: Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, 1,000 square feet, exercise and spa accessory building on the property of Louis Kahn’s last designed house.

•AKA Hotel – Times Square: New York, Façade renovation of a individually landmarked building.with new store fronts and hotel entrance. Assisted with presenting to both Landmark full member hearing and Local Community Board public comment meeting.

•AKA Hotel - UN: New York, 7,000 square feet hotel lobby and new entrance canopy.

•Private Resident: 5th Avenue & 83rd Street, 2,500 square feet, gut renovation under challenging build rules and high net-worth neighbors.

•Private Resident: Soho Singer Building, 2,000 square feet, gut renovation.

•Private Resident: West 50th Street, 1,500 square feet, gut renovation.

•William Properties Rotterdam: Eastman European headquarter, Capelle. 6,022 square meters, 8 stories building. Produced area requirement and stacking diagram from client’s head count projection and space allocation. Space planning and test fit for 4,371 square meters programmed space.
