- Project management for all phases of millwork bidding process and negotiations with luxury retail clients from Europe, Emirates, and USA
- Principal supervisor from project assignment until handover: creating schedules, shop drawing reviews, managing production progress, organizing shipping, and approving installation
- Coordination among all parties involved on the projects, including customer, general contractor, and architect
- Collaboration with department stores for wholesale shops including Saks, Macy’s, Holt Renfrew, and Bloomingdales
- Roll out average of 20 stores per year
- Extensive traveling for coordination meetings on site, especially focused on the US market
GISO, Bresso, IT, Sales Manager
- Bidding, negotiation, and coordination with customer and general contractor
- Furniture and cubicle component supply for call centers, planning offices, meeting rooms, reception areas
- Conduct site surveys, including measurements and photographs
- Create projects in 3D for use in presentations to clients
- Supervisor of all phases from ordering until the complete installation
