• Responsible for maintaining contact with customers (masons & contractors) regarding the technical details, progress and expected delivery date of their project
• Draft detailed shop drawings showing layout and sections of a structure’s cast stone and precast elements for architect approval and contractor use
• Draft piece tickets for mold shop & production teams to ensure correct stones are produced
• Estimate projects by reviewing architect’s bid or construction document sets and calculating linear, square & cubic footages and generate bids after analyzing costs
• Solely responsible for scheduling production of all stones based on project needed dates, sequential phasing and various parameters which affect production’s results
• Design and cut mold parts using CNC machinery and ArtCAM software to create toolpaths
