Mischelle is an aspiring architect who just recently graduated from UC Berkeley, College of Environmental Design. As a designer, Mischelle believes that the impact of design goes far more than just to please the eye; rather, design brings up memories of experiences, intrigue the senses, and ultimately it design should encourage positive health behavior both to the user and to the environment.
Mischelle spent her time in college delving in outside projects, from interning at an architecture firm, to volunteering as an Architecture teacher to elementary school students. Mischelle was also part of the small dedicated students who started the UC Berkeley Chapter of Alpha Rho Chi, the co-ed Architecture Professional Fraternity. At the end of her senior year, she held the position of the Marketing Director, responsible of all print and web design for the fraternity.
Other than Architecture, Mischelle is also interested in Marketing Design, Graphic and Web Design, as well as User Experience Design. Having worked with children in the past and realized how rewarding it can be, she hoped to one day coordinate Design Curriculum for elementary kids.
