-Drafted plans, elevations and structural details for commercial and multi-unit residential projects- updated DSA comments, as well as the Architect’s and Structural Engineer’s redlines.
-Performed in field window testing using ASTM and ALMA standards, both static and cyclic testing, with rated nozzle and spray racks.
- Provided analytical support for the Energy department’s conservation and creation opportunities, tracking utility usage data for every new project.
-Assisted in managing the administrative team, providing training on subjects as litigation prep, PDF Pro, general skills, and training new employees on the ABB computer filing system.
-Executive Assistant duties included coordinating with clients, contractors and internal employees to manage Eugene Buick’s schedule, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive business and HR information, booking travel and setting up internal trainings and lectures, running errands, and answering phones.

-Drafted, updated and released Design Development (DD) Sets and corresponding Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE) packets for many projects at Mister Important Design.
-Worked with senior design staff to create custom furniture, carpeting and upholstery for high end restaurants, hotels and bars. Coordinated with manufacturers to confirm project specs and design requirements.
-Corresponded with purchasing agents, contractors and manufacturers during the course of construction to ensure construction progressed smoothly, products arrived on time and drawings were kept up to date with in field measurements.
-Communicated with clients during the design process- sending sample packets, creating schematic drawings of furniture and sending fabric choices on a periodic basis.
-Worked with domestic and foreign publishing agencies to publicize the company’s recent works.

-Drafted residential plans, sections, and elevations for Berkeley Professor Alan Tse + Charles Chan, both San Francisco Architects.
