Recent Masters degree recipient from the University of Kansas School of Architecture and Urban Design. Currently looking to continue my professional career after a semester working along side el dorado inc. in Kansas City, MO through a graduate studio program as well as the previous Fall working in a semester internship with OPEN Architecture in Beijing, CN.
Design Statement
Adaption within context, adhesion to natural landscape, and perception of the human experience characterize the works that have developed over my academic career. As to prescribe a delicate approach to given situations the work speaks to respect the existing conditions while placing formal elements of shelter within the given parameters. My objective after school is to continue this process of developing architectural languages while also implementing the aspects of service and responsibility of the architectural profession.
