I have over 10 years of architectural and development experience across all sectors and lifecycle stages, in particular excelling while at Foster + Partners, London, in concept design. In that role I was integral to many international competitions in workplace development having a keen eye and ability for turning commercial clients' corporate brands and strategies into visionary designs.

I also bring the unique experience of balancing these skills in both the public and private sector, having spent the past three years working as a Development Manager for Parramatta City Council. Here I used private sector skills to unlock value, optimise potential and establish and grow an income earning property and investment portfolio. This has taught me how to most effectively and efficiently manage many difficult stakeholders and their respective interests, with particular insight into the planning system at both local and state levels, while working in partnership with a private developer.

I am seeking a challenging and creative role in New York City, where my skills can be best utilised and I can offer the benefit of both my architecture and development background and expertise.
