Interior Designer / SANDRA HARDING was born in the South of France, grew up in New York and lived in Rome for 2 years as a teen.  While in Italy and time spent traveling through Europe, North and South America, she realized her passion for architecture and photography.  Travel and foreign cultures are a large part of her creative being and contribute to her open-minded, fresh and edgy style.  Her innovative approach to life brings a new zeal to design and a unique aesthetic to interior spaces.  Sandra studied Interior Design and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.  She has worked for well-respected residential and commercial interior design firms, and has been a business owner since 1999.  Sandra is fluent in English, French and Italian.

Developed designs and concepts, construction details and technical consultation of health clubs, pools and spas. Responsible for the operational systems of 24 health clubs, club improvements and capital expenditures. Maintained work relations with New York’s major real estate developers, architects and construction companies to build residential and commercial health clubs, facilities ranging from 2,000 to 200,000 square feet. Clients included The Related Companies, Silverstein Properties, Rose Associates, Sidney Fetner Associates, Gotham Organization. Consulted for: Hackensack University Medical Center, HRH Construction, Bovis, The Rockwell Group and Kostas Condylis Architects.

Responsible for running all phases of interior design for 16 projects, homes ranging from 8,000 to 20,000 square feet.
