I am offering my services for an available architectural position.  Most of my experienced has been in architectural design, code compliance,  “UL” design, and job coordination civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers.

I also have used structural design software “Stru-Calc”, for the design of beams, columns and footings.  I can do 3-D  AutoCad models and I am an expert at putting together construction drawings from start to finish and  I am learning the use BIM using AutoCad.

I was licensed in California in February 1990, # C 21,203 and I let that license expire in 2009, thinking I was going into casino work. This was just after my divorce and it was a crazy idea, as I did not like being part of this casino of business.  I am in the process of reviving my California Architects license.

I have a great deal of experience in architecture and worked on projects of various occupant groups; industrial, commercial, retail, multifamily, large single family and tenant fit outs; and various types of construction

I have a brother who lives in Santa Ana and a sister who lives in Laguna Beach. I lived in Southern California for years and on a recent trip there in early May my sister and I did daily hikes through the hills of Laguna Beach, which were typically 4 miles long and with vertical loss and gain of about 900 feet.  We did this for a week.

I am interested in architectural position and would do Cad work as well.  I intend to relocate to a convenient distance for commutes to work.  My health is excellent; I can crawl around, climb ladders and take field measurements all day long. Wages are negotiable as well as hours, full time or part time or contract.
