HI, I'm Stephen Hulka
I've been working in Architecture for around 7 years now, and am currently pursuing licensure. Most of my experience consists of Healthcare and Data Centers projects, but I am open to any new and exciting opportunities that I might come across.
My Primary goal moving forward is to engage in more leadership roles. I've entrenched myself in the Black & White details of Documentation and Design coordination efforts over the past several years; but look forward to the shades of grey and complex nuances involved with client discourse, negotiations, and having more direct impact on the design decisions and execution of projects.
I am more technically focused by nature, and appreciate the need to shift from Vellum & Ink to Brick & Mortar once the design is hashed out. While Revit has been the crux of my digital skillsets over the past 7 years, I acknowledge that a myriad of software platforms need to be utilized to augment construction and coordination efforts; such as clash detection, Construction management, Rendering, Environmental & energy Analysis, 3D Scanning & Point Cloud Models, VR/AR, and many more. While these aren't substitutes for walking the site and coordinating with construction personnel; it is always advantageous to find opportunities for improvement and comparative perspectives.
