- Responsible for Design and Construction roles at Black Tap including new restaurant design, construction management, maintenance tracking and repositioning of existing sites

- Responsible for creating schematic designs for Lifestyle, Outlet, and Travel Retail stores and coordinating the internal review and approval process with the CEO, President of Retail, Visual team, and Operations
- Managed consultants and vendors including architects, engineers, general contractors, renderers, and lighting designers
- Worked closely with construction managers in reviewing bid documents to ensure projects are aligned with industry standards and are completed on time and within budget
- Reviewed, redlined, and approved all millwork details, storefront, and signage shop drawings
