Architect for the Conservation and Buildings Team. I specialise in Historic Buildings, Planning and procurement of small to large projects.

My responsibilities are:

1. Preparation of feasibility studies, option appraisals and cost reports for small and medium scale projects

2. Project management and conservation advisor for larger university projects

3. Planning Consultant for University departments and Estates Services. This role consists of providing clients and colleagues with the necessary planning advice to develop their design aspirations, and in most cases to provide them with the necessary design advice and development to obtain planning consent. I have developed and successfully obtain consent for over 40 applications at my current role. Most of the work involved is for internal interventions in Grade I and II listed buildings.

3. Repairs and Maintenance Projects – Design, planning and project management across all RIBA design stages. The projects I'm responsible for range from small internal alterations in historic buildings to larger refurbishment projects. Including external building fabric repairs and conservation projects, full internal building refurbishments and modernisation to historic properties

I'm responsible for leading projects across all RIBA stages, producing the necessary design, planning and construction information by liaising with clients (department reps), university stakeholder, and internal and external consultants.
I have a great understanding of the construction industry, design and planning of academic projects.

Designer of Vela's students' apartments proposal in Managua. A 2-storey apartment complex for students in Managua city centre. I was responsible for the project's programme, budget, planning application and developed design (equivalent to RIBA Stage 3 design)

Responsible for multiple architectural projects at Euromarcas. Liaising with clients and engineers to develop concept design (equivalent to RIBA stages 3 to 4). Worked on 4 different projects: the urban design of a residential project in Managua, Nicaragua (plot and land distribution, electric and water infrastructure); 2 Residential projects, including design and development of technical drawings (Equivalent to RIBA stage 4 design). My last project at Euromarcas was in partnership with MGA-LAB. I was in charge of the 3d modelling and presentation to the UNICEF office in Managua, equivalent to RIBA stage 1 and 2.

Project 3:the CCEN office competition- Centro Cultural de Espana Nicaragua (The Cooperation office of the Spanish Embassy in Nicaragua).
