Giuliano earned a degree in Architectural Engineering, with a specialization in Architecture, from the Turin Polytechnic University in 1999 and immediately started working for the Architecture Group of Fiat. Here he was involved in several high-profile projects including the Lingotto Art Gallery, designed by Renzo Piano, the competition for the new Faculty of Law with Norman Foster, and the new Turin Alpi Stadium.

From 2003 to 2004, Giuliano moved to London to obtain a Master in Sustainable Design from ‘The Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment’, UCL, London.

Upon completing this specialization, he returned to the Italian design team of Fiat Architecture Group to work on the Ferrari Engine Hall and Ferrari Painting Workshops, focusing on bioclimatic and energy conservation strategies.

In 2007, Giuliano became director at AEDAS Italy, where he had the opportunity to continue his research into sustainable architecture with the view of striking a careful balance between new technologies and natural resources in order to generate solutions and buildings which are in harmony with nature. He was responsible for many new projects for the studio, such as the restyling of the International Circuit in Mugello, the new Ferrari restaurant, the Space Center in Abu Dhabi, and the Vicenza Fair with Thomas Herzog.

In 2009, Giuliano co-founded CP_A, where, in the role of principal, he leads the design of the firm. Among the firm's several projects are the Campobasso City Master Plan with Auer+Weber+Assoziierte, the completion and the fit out design of the New Faculty of Law Campus together with Foster and Partners, and a prototype 'triple zero concept' house in the Liguria region.

From September 2010 to February 2011 he also served as professor of Sustainable Architecture at St. John International University, an American university in Turin, Italy, and he is a visiting professor at the Polytechnic University of Turin and at the School of Business Administration ,SAA.
