During these years, I have been responsible for:
- Leading team works up to 8 people for different important projects, managing and assigning each one different activities
- Managing the production of contractual plans
- Responsible for project management in all it´s phases including: design, drawing reviews and proyect schedule, problem solver
- Contacting and communicating on behalf the firm with clients and employees.
- Contacting and coordinating with different consultants and contractors, including: lighting, structural engineers, fire, air conditioning and heat, code, plumbing and gas, electric engineer, among others.
- Site supervision and production reports of different phases of construction process.
