Managed the construction documentation of Google offices in Tokyo and Singapore. Both are TI projects involving coordination with the designer, AV consultants, the client and the local architects. Involved in the integration of interactive exhibits, FF&E selection and incorporating graphics into the design. Produced detailed design documents, 3d studies, hand sketches and worked out custom detailing of interactive exhibits, millwork and cabinetry.
Snow Park Oman in the Middle East, coordinated work with the project manager, creative director, art director, the facility architect, ride, AV and lighting consultants throughout schematic design and detailed design phases of the project. Participated in client and internal meetings and in reviews with department managers and the VP of creatives. Supervised junior staff in preparation of architectural and set design packages.
In charge of interiors for the Monkey King Theme Park, comprising 12 restaurant and retail outlets. Duties included coordination with AV consultants and the Facility Architect, designing themed areas and layout while meeting area and seat count requirements.

Supervised the construction documentation of MGA Entertainment, the adaptive re-use of a printing plant into their headquarters. Coordinated with the principal, project architects and interior designers.
Worked on the adaptive re-use of a 45-story tower in downtown Los Angeles into a mixed-use commercial and residential development. Team of six garnered the "employees of the month" award.

Supervised the Wathen Education Center, a 50,000 sf. aviation high school integrated into Flabob Airport in Riverside, CA in consultation with the principal and project architect. Work included drafting, detailing, checking, code review with DSA, and coordination with MEP, landscape and structural consultants and the client. Prepared prescriptive specifications. Delivered project on time and on budget.
Managed the design and construction of a portable classroom. Prepared architectural documents and guided it through approval process with DSA. Performed construction administration to project completion.
